AWP Writing Conference

The goal of this project was to follow a set brand identity while still creating an engaging design. My brand identity and overall aesthetic for the conference is quite simplistic and clean. It was a fun challenge to stay true to the set branding I created, while at the same time creating the different engaging elements like the promotional poster, subsequent session posters, and the overall design of the conference mockups such as way-finding.

These sketches were the starting point in finding a cohesive layout for the program pamphlet. The brand guidelines I created helped everything remain consistent, as I continued designing the remaining pages and other conference assets.
Mockups
The following mockups show some of the merchandise and signage designed for the conference event. Each element followed the established brand guidelines, and remained cohesive with the posters and the program pamphlet.
